You can reach the subscription box customer portal from your subscription email notifications, your Sweet Roo Bou customer account page, or the Subify modal on the order confirmation page of your checkout.

Passwordless login simplifies the process of accessing the customer portal. Provide customers with these instructions to log in using the passwordless login page:

  1. Click on the portal link.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription/membership and click on Send:

  3. You will receive a 6-digit authentication code by email:
    ​

     

  4. Enter the 6-digit code in the modal to log in:
    ​

     

The 6-digit authentication code is valid for 2 minutes. If the code has not been used in 2 minutes, you need to request a new code by going through the login procedure again.
